BE in Mechanical Engineering

Functional Area:

Cell Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and improve cell processes for reliability and efficiency.
Prepare and update SOPs, PFMEA, Control Plans, and audit documentation.
Conduct trials on new tools/fixtures and monitor tool life.
Implement Poka Yoke and process improvements to reduce cycle time and cost.
Maintain SAP master data (Material, BOM, Routing, etc.).
Plan and procure spares/tools to avoid line stoppage.
Train and mentor operators and trainees.
Ensure compliance with 5S, TPM, ISO, and safety standards.
Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Tool Room, HR) and external vendors.

Key Performance Indicators:

OEE, Tooling Cost, Inventory Accuracy, Rejection Rate (PPM)
SAP Data Accuracy, Audit NCRs, Safety Incidents
Kaizen Initiatives, Absenteeism, Training Hours
