Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries. Relationship Building: Foster strong customer relationships through empathetic and effective communication. Process Adherence: Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards. Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals. What We're Looking For: Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
