Job Description

Assist in Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial resume screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain Recruitment Records: Update and manage candidate information and recruitment databases accurately and promptly. Job Posting & Employer Branding: Draft and post job openings on various platforms and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Support HR Activities: Collaborate with the HR team on various tasks including onboarding, documentation, and other administrative duties.
