BPO Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused BPO Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats to assist customers, resolve queries, process requests, and ensure an excellent client experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat support professionally.
• Listen to customer queries, understand their concerns, and provide accurate solutions.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM/system.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department or higher authority.
• Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and process changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any discipline).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi or regional language as required).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills, internet navigation).
• Good listening skills and ability to handle pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (if applicable).

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or a BPO environment.
• Multilingual abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and call center systems.
