Compliance and Privacy: Safeguard Customer confidentiality and data security. 6. Problem Resolution: Address Customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure Customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the clinic staff and Doctors to resolve any treatment-related issues. 7. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, technologies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to Customers Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent or any bachelorette degree Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a calm and empathetic demeanour, especially in stressful situations. Proficiency in using computer software for appointment scheduling, record keeping, and data entry. Knowledge of medical terminology and aesthetics is beneficial but not always required.
