Job Description

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries related to financial products and services via phone (voice support).
  • Assist customers in resolving their issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM tools.
  • Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines as per BFSI norms.
  • Deliver quality customer experience aligned with organizational standards.

✅ Requirements

  • Experience: Min. 6 months in customer support or telesales (preferably BFSI/Fintech).
  • Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduates preferred.
  • Languages: Must speak Odia, Gujarati, Assamese, or Punjabi fluently along with Hindi & basic English.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM tools or internal systems.

Ideal Candidate

  • Good communication skills in regional language + Hindi.
  • Experience in collections, loans, insurance, fintech, or BFSI is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets if applicable.
  • Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Noida.
