About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Specialists to handle international clients in both voice and non-voice processes. If you have excellent English communication skills and are looking for a career in BPO/Call Center/Customer Service, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and live chat for overseas customers
• Resolve queries, provide solutions, and maintain service quality
• Update information in CRM systems
• Meet performance metrics (customer satisfaction, accuracy, response time)

Candidate Profile

• Education: Undergraduates & graduates welcome
• Skills: Strong English (verbal + written), good listening & problem-solving
• Experience: Freshers & experienced both can apply
• Location: Candidates from PAN India willing to relocate to Jaipur
• Availability: Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Work Mode: Work from Office only (not remote)
