Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Boys Hostel Warden located in Coimbatore. The Boys Hostel Warden will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe and secure environment for the students. Duties include monitoring student behavior, enforcing hostel rules, overseeing cleanliness and maintenance, coordinating with other staff members, and addressing any issues related to students' welfare and discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in student management, counseling, and discipline
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage diverse student populations and resolve conflicts
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and record-keeping
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Degree in education, management, or related field preferred
