Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Boys Hostel Warden at Rathinam Group of Institutions in Coimbatore. The Boys Hostel Warden will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring the safety and well-being of the students, maintaining discipline, and fostering a positive living environment for the residents. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Organizational and administrative skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in hostel management or related field is a plus Knowledge of emergency procedures and safety protocols Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work, or related field Show more Show less
