Job Description

Key Responsibilities: One-to-One Counseling: Provide individualized counseling services to students, addressing their academic, personal, and social concerns. Group Counseling: Facilitate group counseling sessions, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment for students to share their experiences and learn from one another. Mentorship: Serve as a mentor, offering guidance, support, and motivation to students, helping them navigate academic and personal challenges. Student Support: Identify students who may be struggling and provide targeted support, connecting them with relevant campus resources. Collaboration: Work with faculty, staff, and other campus resources to ensure a comprehensive support system for students. Requirements : Education : Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Experience : Experience in counseling, mentoring, or a related field, preferably working with students. Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills. Performance Expectations 1. Student Engagement: Foster a positive and supportive relationship with students, promoting their academic and personal growth. 2. Counseling Effectiveness: Provide effective counseling services, addressing students' concerns and promoting their well-being.
