To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Boxing Trainer or in a similar capacity, along with a certified personal training qualification such as ACE, NASM, or ACSM. A strong understanding of boxing techniques and training methods is essential, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. Your ability to motivate and inspire individuals, coupled with strong organizational and time management skills, will be key to success in this position. Holding current CPR and first aid certification is also required to ensure the safety of all participants.
