About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys and collect plant specimens for analysis
• Identify and classify plant species using botanical taxonomy
• Document morphological and ecological characteristics of flora
• Assist in preparing research reports, presentations, and plant databases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on conservation or R&D projects
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure accurate sample processing
• Stay updated with current trends in botany and environmental science

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Botany, Plant Science, or related discipline
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in botanical research or fieldwork
• Strong observational and analytical skills
• Familiarity with lab protocols, specimen handling, and botanical software/tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for sustainability, biodiversity, and scientific exploration
