The E-business Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, online sales, overseeing customer service, broken site technical issues, social media marketing, utilizing analytical skills for business optimization, and leading a team to ensure operational success in the e-commerce environment for multiple platforms. We manage specialized greenhouses and plantations that need dedicated care and attention. Role Overview: We are looking for 3 committed team members to join us in managing our greenhouses and plantations. This role is open to: Botany / Life Science graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in plant biotechnology and tissue culture. Local plant enthusiasts (with or without formal education) who are passionate about working with plants and can commit to on-site daily work. Key Responsibilities: Care for greenhouse and plantation plants: watering, nutrient management, pest/disease monitoring. Maintain growth records and daily reports. Assist in propagation and plant health management. (Preferred) Support basic tissue culture activities in the lab. Ensure greenhouse upkeep and cleanliness. Requirements: Background in Botany, Plant Science, Horticulture or practical experience/interest in plant care. Passionate about plants, reliable, and willing to learn. On-site presence required every day. Tissue culture or greenhouse experience is a plus, but training can be provided.
