Company Description Forest Studio Labs is a small business that specializes in reviving border line, red listed endangered, and extinct plant species by propagating them in our state-of-the-art plant tissue culture lab. We reintroduce these plants back into the wild and private spaces, contributing to biodiversity conservation efforts. Role Description This is a full-time role as an E-business Manager located in Thiruporur. The E-business Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, online sales, overseeing customer service, broken site technical issues, social media marketing, utilizing analytical skills for business optimization, and leading a team to ensure operational success in the e-commerce environment for multiple platforms. Qualifications WordPress Woo-commerce Social media marketing tools E-business Sales - Phone, Social media and email Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making Customer Service expertise Excellent communication skills Fluency in Tamil, English & Hindi is a must Experience in the horticulture or environmental conservation industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Compensation 100% commission based on managed e-commerce revenue (with uncapped upside and tiered bonus incentives).
