BOQ Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

aa We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced BOQ Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from technical drawings and designs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes, along with exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel to perform cost calculations, quantity take-offs, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze architectural, structural, MEP, and other construction drawings and specifications. Prepare detailed and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on design documents. Use MS Excel to create comprehensive spreadsheets, formulas, and templates for cost analysis and quantity tracking. Collaborate with design teams, engineers, and project managers to clarify project details. Maintain and update BOQ documents as project scopes or designs change. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness in quantity take-offs and cost estimates. Support tendering processes by supplying required BOQ and estimation data
