Job Title: BOQ Engineer / Quantity Surveyor – Architecture & Construction Projects Location: Bangalore (On-site / Hybrid) Company: De Royale Enterprises About Us: At De Royale Enterprises, we specialize in complete design and construction solutions for a wide range of projects including villas, hostels, PGs, resorts, cafes, offices, and more. We are now expanding our core team and looking for a sharp, detail-oriented individual to take charge of BOQ preparation and related responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on architectural, structural, interior, and MEP drawings. Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and schedules. Assist in material estimation, costing, and budgeting. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and procurement teams for scope clarity and updates. Update BOQs as per design revisions or client feedback. Assist in preparing tender documents and project costing sheets. Help monitor project budget vs actual during execution. Maintain an organized database of BOQs for ongoing and past projects. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in BOQ preparation or quantity surveying (freshers with strong technical skills can also apply). Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off software (e.g., Bluebeam, Planswift, CostX is a plus). Strong attention to detail and good understanding of construction materials and methods. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have: Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality sector projects. Knowledge of market rates and vendor coordination.
