Booth Representative – Bengaluru Tech Summit 2025

About the Role

MM Activ Sci-Tech Communications is seeking confident and enthusiastic Booth Representatives to join our team for the 28th edition of Bengaluru Tech Summit (BTS) 2025 — India’s most prestigious technology and innovation event.

As a Booth Representative, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, engaging with visitors, sharing information about our initiatives, and helping create meaningful connections between technology leaders, startups, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent MM Activ Sci-Tech Communications and its partners professionally at the BTS 2025 booth.
• Greet, engage, and interact with visitors, providing clear and accurate information about our programs, publications, and initiatives.
• Assist with booth setup, organization, and visitor flow management.
• Capture and share details of potential business leads or collaborations.
• Support the event coordination team to ensure smooth booth operations.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance throughout the event.

Candidate Requirements

• Based in Bengaluru or able to commute to BIEC during event days.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Kannada or Hindi is an advantage).
• Confident, approachable, and proactive with strong presentation skills.
• Prior experience in events, exhibitions, trade shows, or customer engagement preferred.
• Available to work during the full event duration (and flexible with extended hours if required).

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 days

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per day

Work Location: In person
