Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Manager to lead our bookkeeping team, with 4-10 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in UK bookkeeping.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead a team of bookkeeping professionals for UK clients.
Oversee VAT returns, account reconciliations, and monthly reports.
Communicate directly with clients to resolve queries and provide financial insights.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all bookkeeping tasks.
Manage and mentor a team of bookkeepers to achieve high-quality results.
Develop and implement processes to improve bookkeeping efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or CA/ACCA.
Minimum 4 years of experience in UK bookkeeping.
Strong leadership and client management skills.
Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in managing teams and leading by example.
Industry: Financial Services / Banking, Investments / Insurance / Stock Market / Loan.
Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, Any Master Degree.
