Bookkeeper

NIGHT SHIFT | WORK FROM OFFICE IN ZAMPA BAZAR| US BOOK KEEPING | MANDATORY QUICKBOOKS ONLINE & OFFLINE SKILLS
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our company's financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Verify that transactions are recorded correctly in the appropriate ledgers.
• Bring the books to the trial balance stage.
• Perform partial checks of the posting process.
• Enter data, maintain records, and generate reports and financial statements.
• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.

Skills:

• Proven bookkeeping experience.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and principles of accounts payable/receivable.
• Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Data entry skills and numerical proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and QuickBooks software.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office.
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to assist with other office tasks.

Note: This is a Night Shift position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,451.61 - ₹39,349.20 per month
