Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an On-site Chartered Accountant located in Amritsar, serving various clients. The successful candidate will manage daily financial records across multiple client accounts, prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, and perform all core accounting tasks. Key responsibilities include: Managing accounts payable and receivable. Recording and reconciling complex journal entries. Ensuring accuracy in financial data through collaboration with internal teams. Utilizing various accounting software platforms to maintain organized financial systems. Ensuring all client accounting practices are compliant with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Income Tax regulations. Providing on-site accounting support and financial expertise directly to clients. Qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory. Prior experience in an accounting or finance role, specifically within a client-facing or multi-client environment, is preferred. Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping and Finance practices. Proficiency in key Accounting Software including Tally, Busy, QuickBooks, and Xero . High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting. In-depth knowledge of Indian tax regulations, specifically GST and Income Tax . Ability to prepare, analyze, and present complex Financial Statements. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
