Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Co-ordination with
customer via calls and emails
for quotes/shipments
Placing
booking for FCL shipment
to Shipping line and co-loader though mail & line website & follow up with line to get booking
Co-ordination with Sales & rates department pertaining to quotes/rates.
Notify customer of shipment status
Co-ordinate internal with other department via phone and emails
Report any issues to management and participate in problem resolutions.
Should have knowledge of different types of containers, incoterm, basic geography of world
Should have knowledge of customs-related query and free days, FCL shipments, Split Booking

Desired Candidate Profile

Go Getter
Mature in thought & action
Excellent Communication skills - Verbal and Written
Graduate in any stream
Experience of 2 - 6 years
