Job_Description":" About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive BOM Analyst to join engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) across multiple vehicle programs. You will work closely with design, manufacturing, procurement, and program management teams to ensure BOM integrity and part-level accuracy throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain engineering Bills of Materials (EBOMs) in PLM/ERP systems.

Ensure BOM accuracy, completeness, and version control at every program milestone.

Coordinate with design, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure part and assembly data is correct and up to date.

Support Engineering Change Management (ECM/ECO) processes, ensuring timely and accurate BOM updates.

Reconcile EBOMs with manufacturing BOMs (MBOMs) for consistency.

Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in part specifications, cost, and availability.

Track part metadata including revision history, cost, lead times, and sourcing.

Assist in cost roll-ups and part rationalization initiatives.

Support program reporting with regular BOM dashboards and analytics.
Requirements Required Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automotive Engineering.

2 years of experience in a BOM analyst or similar configuration management role.

Experience working in PLM and ERP systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes and BOM structures (EBOM, MBOM, SBOM).

Familiarity with change management and release processes.

Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
Preferred Skills

Experience in automotive, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing domains.

Basic knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks, NX, or similar) is a plus.

Exposure to ISO standards and documentation practices.
