Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bolt Maker Foreman located in Ludhiana. The Bolt Maker Foreman will oversee the manufacturing process of fasteners, ensuring all equipment is used efficiently and safely. Daily tasks will include supervising the production team, managing heavy equipment operations, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations. The foreman will also coordinate maintenance activities and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Proficiency in operating Heavy Equipment and familiarity with Maintenance procedures
• Experience in Carpentry is a plus
• Outstanding problem-solving and time-management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with fasteners, is preferred
