14TPH AFBC WATER TUBE BOILER

FUEL: COAL

12TPH SMOKE TUBE BOILER

FUEL:FURNACE OIL

BOILER (PLC

WATER TREATMENT:

UTILITY OPERATION:

WATERTREATMENT: ROPLANT, SOFTENERPLANT

High pressure & medium pressure boiler {capacity- hp-44.6TPH/mp-17TPH}

Cooling tower (mechanical induced draft)

Water treatment plan: 1 ion exchangeltd.20m3/hr / thermax LTD.10m3/hr

Power plant (two gas turbine 5.5 megawatts)

Air compressor {capacity-376cfm/m3 }

RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Working with high end machine equipments for a mass production of a firm.
Monitoring machine health regularly to prevent any damage to it.
Performing regular checks and maintaining and adjusting according to the conditions given
Perform various functions as instructed by seniors while being in charge of the boiler room.
Operate various industry equipment and instruments including boilers, steamers, heaters etc
required in the manufacturing unit
Oversee functioning, repairs, and maintenance of these boilers. Check machinery for defects

or malfunctioning regularly.

Instruct and communicate with the next shift operator about completed work, pending work,

load changes, equipment parts changes etc. As per the situation and requirements

Having Knowledge in Boiler Interlocks and Protection
Having Knowledge in Coal handling ,Ash handling Operation
Having Knowledge in utility like, compressor.
To Ensure the pm work schedules
