Job Description

We are hiring a Boiler Operator with a valid B Class License to join our factory operations team at our Mampad unit. The operator will be responsible for safe and efficient boiler operation, monitoring parameters, and ensuring uninterrupted plant utilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boilers on a shift basis to ensure continuous steam supply.
• Carry out routine checks, adjustments, and minor repairs to maintain boiler efficiency and safety.
• Monitor pressure, temperature, water levels, and fuel levels, and take corrective actions as required.
• Maintain records of boiler operations, including daily log sheets, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist in troubleshooting boiler-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and upkeep of equipment.
• Report any abnormal conditions or breakdowns immediately to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B-Class Boiler Operator Licence (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operating and maintaining industrial boilers (preferably in manufacturing or process industries).
• Strong knowledge of boiler safety standards and operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a shift-based environment.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
