ELECTRICAL AND MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

As an Electrical & Maintenance Engineer at our facility located in Mampad, Kerala, you will be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial electrical systems. With a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment. Your expertise in handling industrial equipment and systems, coupled with strong technical and problem-solving skills, will be instrumental in the effective functioning of our facility. Your key responsibilities will include performing preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial electrical systems, troubleshooting and maintaining control panels, starters, and distribution boards, operating and servicing PLC, VFD, and automation panels, as well as maintaining various equipment such as chillers, vacuum pumps, air compressors, motors, and starter panels. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting wiring, installation, and commissioning of electrical equipment, minimizing equipment downtime, coordinating with production teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and electrical standards. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, hands-on experience with PLC, VFD, Panel Boards, Motors, Starters, and FIX Systems, and familiarity with the operation and maintenance of chillers, vacuum systems, and air compressors. Your problem-solving abilities, communication skills, commitment to safety, and preventive maintenance standards will be key assets in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.
