Full Time
- Operate and monitor the RO plant to ensure safe and efficient production of high-quality water
- Conduct regular checks, adjustments, and maintenance of the plant equipment, including pumps, valves, filters, and membranes
- Monitor and record operating parameters, such as flow rates, pressure, and water quality, to ensure compliance with standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues and perform corrective actions as needed
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and water quality data
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure the plant is operated in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
- Assist in the training of new plant operators and work in collaboration with other team members to achieve production targets
- ITI or equivalent required
- Minimum of 4- 5 years of experience in operating water treatment plants, preferably RO plants
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes and equipment, as well as knowledge of water quality standards.
- Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
