Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (B1/B2) for a long-term aerospace project based in Israel. This is a unique opportunity to work with a globally recognized aerospace and defense organization specializing in both civil and military aviation solutions.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the airworthiness of Boeing and Airbus aircraft through scheduled maintenance, fault diagnostics, and compliance with EASA/FAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Boeing 737 MAX/NG and Airbus A320 (NEO/CEO).
  • Troubleshoot aircraft systems and rectify technical faults.
  • Certify maintenance actions under EASA/FAA B1/B2 license privileges.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Part-145 regulations.
  • Coordinate with operations, planning, and logistics teams for aircraft release timelines.
  • Document maintenance work in aircraft technical logs and digital systems.
  • Follow all safety, health, and environmental protocols.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Valid EASA or FAA B1 or B2 License with B737 MAX/NG and A320 (NEO/CEO) type ratings.
  • 8+ years of practical aircraft maintenance experience (minimum 4 in current position).
  • In-depth knowledge of aircraft electrical systems.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to relocate to Israel for 63 months.

  • Experience with Boeing 737, 777 and Airbus A320/A300 aircraft is a plus.
