Job Title: Body Shop Manager – Passenger Vehicles

About the Role:
We are hiring a skilled and responsible Body Shop Manager to manage our passenger vehicle body repair and paint operations. This role requires hands-on experience in handling body shop activities, managing workflow, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily operations of the body shop.
· Coordinate with technicians and painters for efficient task completion.
· Ensure accurate damage assessment and cost estimation.
· Maintain quality standards in repairs and refinishing.
· Communicate with customers for approvals and delivery timelines.
· Ensure proper inventory and tool management in the workshop.
· Maintain proper documentation and insurance claim processes.
· Handle bodyshop coordination or liaison with other departments, including service and insurance teams.
What We’re Looking For:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
· Good understanding of vehicle body repairs and paint jobs.
· Ability to manage a team and workflow efficiently.
· Strong communication and customer handling skills.
· Organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
