Role Overview: As a Bodyshop Advisor, your primary role is to act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop team for body and paint services. Your responsibilities include ensuring a smooth customer experience, from initial vehicle inspection and estimate generation to coordinating repairs with technicians, managing insurance claims, and guaranteeing on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers professionally, understand their vehicle's body and paint repair needs, and address their concerns effectively. - Conduct a thorough physical inspection of the vehicle, accurately documenting all damages. - Keep customers updated on the repair progress, explaining any cost or timeline changes as needed. - Prepare precise cost and time estimates for denting, painting, and accident repairs. - Create job cards in the system, detailing customer complaints and necessary work. - Collaborate with insurance companies and surveyors to expedite claim approvals and documentation. - Ensure all insurance paperwork is completed accurately, following up for timely billing and settlement. Qualifications Required: - 1 to 3 years of experience in a bodyshop or service advisor role, preferably in an automobile dealership. - Good understanding of vehicle body repair, painting processes, and insurance claim procedures.
