Bodyshop Advisor

The Bodyshop Advisor serves as the key liaison between customers and the workshop team for all body and paint services. They are responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience, from initial vehicle inspection and estimate generation to coordinating repairs with technicians, managing insurance claims, and ensuring on-time delivery. Key responsibilities

• Customer handling:
• Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle's body and paint repair needs and concerns.
• Conduct a physical inspection of the vehicle and document all damage accurately.
• Keep customers informed about the status of repairs and explain any changes in cost or timeline.
• Estimation and job cards:
• Prepare and provide accurate cost and time estimates for denting, painting, and accident repairs.
• Open job cards in the system, documenting customer complaints and all required work.
• Insurance coordination:
• Liaise with insurance companies and surveyors to facilitate claim approvals and documentation.
• Ensure all necessary insurance paperwork is completed correctly and followed up on for timely billing and settlement.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a bodyshop or service advisor role, preferably within an automobile dealership.
• Technical knowledge: Good understanding of vehicle body repair, painting processes, and insurance claim procedures.
