Job Description: As a member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to monitor the efficiency of work and processes to ensure quality repairs in the bodyshop department. You will play a key role in driving continued growth in sales and net income while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with insurance companies will be crucial in this role as you troubleshoot and solve daily issues. This includes ensuring that all parts estimated and authorized are properly fitted to the vehicle, and any non-required but authorized parts are not billed to the customer or Insurance Company.
