Receiving the customers and ensure speedy repair of vehicles through clear identification of customer needs.
Organize timely vehicle survey by insurance company.
Provide clear cost estimates and repairs approved under insurance.
Ensure completion of vehicle repairs at the promised time & vehicle delivery to the customers.
Monitor work progress and keep customers informed of changes in cost and completion times.
Conduct vehicle road test after completion of repair and ensure vehicle performance is OK.
Inform the customer about the vehicle readiness and provide explanation of repairs done & charges.
Conduct post repair follow up after 3days of vehicle delivery to check customer satisfaction.
Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints within 48 hours.
