Body Shop Advisor

Job Summary:

Manage body repair estimates, customer coordination, and timely delivery of vehicles post-accident repair with high quality and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with insurance surveyors and manage claim process.
  • Monitor repair progress and communicate with customers.
  • Ensure quality control and timely delivery.
  • Maintain documentation and customer records.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Diploma / Degree in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–4 years of experience in body shop operations.
  • Understanding of insurance claim process.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
