Job Description

Overview:A BMS (Building Management System) Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of building automation systems. These systems integrate and control various building services such as HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and access control to ensure efficient building operations. The BMS Site Engineer works closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure that systems are implemented as per design, standards, and client requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, control logic, and communication protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and KNX.
