Dear Candidature,
Hands-on experience with BMC TrueSight Orchestration (TSO) and TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA) Strong Python programming skills with debugging and modular scripting capabilities Experience with API development and integration (REST/SOAP, authentication, JSON/XML handling)
Understanding of scripting (e.g., Shell, PowerShell) Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) Familiarity with ITSM tools and infrastructure components (e.g., ServiceNow, Active Directory, cloud platforms)
Key Responsibilities Workflow Automation: Configure and manage orchestration workflows using TSO to Automate infrastructure operations across Windows, Linux for auto remediation of incidents. Python Scripting: Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation tasks, data processing, and integration with third-party systems. API Integration: Design and consume RESTful and SOAP APIs for seamless integration between orchestration tools and external platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, CMDB, monitoring tools). Database Operations: Perform basic CRUD operations, write queries, and understand schema structures to support automation logic and data validation. Documentation & Support: Maintain technical documentation, troubleshoot automation issues, and support continuous improvement of orchestration frameworks.
