Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize solutions on
BMC Remedy and BMC Helix Innovation Studio
.
Configure and maintain
ARS workflows, forms, filters, and escalations
.
Implement and support
ITSM modules
(Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request).
Manage and update
CMDB
including data models, integrations, and reconciliation jobs.
Design and publish service requests on
DWP Catalog
.
Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance.
Collaborate with IT teams for enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.

Required Skills

Strong experience in
BMC Remedy / BMC Helix
development.
Expertise in
ARS
,
Innovation Studio
,
ITSM suite
,
CMDB
, and
DWP Catalog
.
Knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP).
Good understanding of ITIL processes.
