Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and support BMC Helix ITSM, Smart IT, Innovation Studio, and related modules
Customize workflows using Remedy forms, Active Links, Filters, Escalations
Manage and administer ITSM modules like Incident, Change, Problem, SRM, Work Order, SLM, Release
Provide technical assistance for incident tickets, configuration, screen tailoring, LDAP, data imports
Troubleshoot logs (SQL, API, Filter, Active Links) and deliver robust solutions
Configure complex SRDs, maintain CMDB and Asset Management modules
Ensure smooth platform operations through performance tuning and preventative maintenance
Work on integration via Web Services & REST APIs
Contribute to architecture, automation, and discovery tasks
Open to 24x7 shift work as required
