The role will be responsible for development, customization, administration, and extension of the BMC Helix platform to support evolving business requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ITSM modules, Innovation Studio, and integration with other systems via APIs. Key Responsibilities Administer and develop BMC Helix ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, SRM, Work Order, SLM, Release).
