Job Summary Experiecne-7+ Yrs Job Description Self-motivated with a proven track record in professional services/ implementation in the IT Service and Operations space Must have strong ITSM/ ITOM domain knowledge Hands-on expertise in one or more ITPA technologies such as – ServiceNow Orchestrator, BMC Atrium, OpenText OO, HP OO, Red Hat Ansible Tower Hands-on with integrating automation solutions with AIOps platforms such as BMC Helix Operations Manager, Splunk. Dynatrace, AppDynamics, MoogSoft. Hands-on implementing automations for Service Requests, Incidents, CRs or Maintenance activities as part of Managed services Advanced PowerShell, Python and Bash scripting and application development experience Experience of implementing custom or platform driven AI/GenAI automation solutions Experience of cloud native technologies across hyper scalars AWS, Azure & GCP Understanding of Infrastructure and application managed services and experience to position & implement automation levers Experience in Microsoft and Unix/Linux based Infra Management Applications like Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Skype/Lync, SCCM and SCOM technologies.
