Job Description

Tools: Blue Yonder ESP, Demand Planning, Sequencing, Order Optimization, Inventory Optimization.

BY ESP JD:

Lead end-to-end ESP implementations: blueprinting, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Translate business requirements into functional ESP configurations.
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, user training, and stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with supply chain, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment.
Customize ESP modules for capacity planning, material planning, and inventory optimization
Perform data migration, validation, and cleansing

Support system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

Drive innovation by integrating new Blue Yonder features and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 8–10+ years in supply chain planning; 2–3 full-cycle ESP implementations.

Tools: Blue Yonder ESP, Demand Planning, Sequencing, Order Optimization, Inventory Optimization.

Technical: SQL, data mapping, solver engines (MAP, LPOpt), performance tuning.

Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, hybrid project delivery.
