Description

We are seeking an experienced Blow Molding Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating blow molding machines and ensuring high-quality production standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor blow molding machines to ensure optimal production quality and efficiency.
Set up molds and adjust machine settings according to production requirements.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on blow molding machines.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in blow molding operations or a related field.
Strong understanding of blow molding processes and machinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Proficient in machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
