Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Analyst with 4 to 7 years of experience proficient in Bloomreach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Asset and Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. The position offers a day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for Asset and Wealth Management projects.
Utilize Bloomreach to optimize digital experiences and drive business outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress and performance.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data management.
Assist in the development of business cases and presentations for senior management.
Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project status and share insights.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve analytical skills.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to achieve team goals.
