Blockchain Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Blockchain Developer with strong experience in Solidity and Rust, capable of working across both EVM and non-EVM ecosystems like Solana. The ideal candidate will be comfortable developing and maintaining custom blockchain infrastructure, including setting up and managing blockchain nodes. A background in smart contract security and audit workflows is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop smart contracts using Solidity (EVM) and Rust (Solana/Substrate)
• Build and maintain custom blockchain modules and infrastructure
• Deploy, configure, and manage full nodes and validators across various chains
• Perform smart contract audits and integrate security best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for protocol and product development
• Optimize smart contracts and blockchain performance
• Take ownership of individual and team-level deliveries, including setting realistic timelines
• Actively participate in planning and optimizing team tasks, dependencies, and priorities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Solidity, Rust, or both
• Strong understanding of blockchain internals, consensus, and network configuration
• Hands-on experience with setting up and maintaining blockchain nodes (Geth, Erigon, Solana, etc.)
• Familiarity with smart contract testing tools and audit frameworks
• Exposure to multichain development (EVM, Solana, L2s)
• Experience working in fast-paced Web3 teams or startups
• Ability to coordinate with other technical roles and ensure timely delivery
