Block Ice sales Man

Sales and Marketing

• Promote and sell block ice to local customers, vendors, and businesses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regular buyers (e.g. fish sellers, cold chain transporters, vendors).
• Identify and approach new clients to expand the customer base.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors’ pricing and offers.

Order Management

• Take and process daily orders efficiently (phone, walk-in, or delivery).
• Ensure accurate weight and count of block ice before dispatch.
• Coordinate timely delivery or pickup with logistics or customers.

Customer Service

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.

Inventory & Quality Control

• Monitor stock levels of block ice and coordinate with production for replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of block ice to maintain quality.

Collection & Reporting

• Collect payments (cash or digital) and maintain proper records.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the cold storage manager.
• Reconcile cash and stock at the end of the day.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow hygiene, safety, and handling standards while managing ice.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
