Role Overview

Blender Artist

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership

  : Guide the 3D design and animation vision for high-end video projects.

• Art Direction

  : Define the look and feel of animations, environments, characters, and motion design elements using Blender.

• Storyboarding

  : Collaborate with copywriters, scriptwriters, and visual teams to create compelling narrative-driven videos.

• Team Collaboration

  : Work closely with motion designers, video editors, and presentation designers to ensure consistent visual language.

• Client Interaction

  : Present ideas, take feedback constructively, and push creative boundaries while aligning with client objectives.

• Asset Development

  : Lead the creation of 3D models, textures, lighting setups, and compositions within Blender.

• Quality Control

  : Maintain high visual standards and review final outputs for polish, coherence, and impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, 3D design, and animation with a strong portfolio.

• Advanced proficiency in

  Blender

  ; knowledge of other tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Suite is a bonus.

• Strong understanding of design principles, storytelling, lighting, texturing, and cinematic composition.

• Experience working in fast-paced agency or production environments.

• Ability to lead and mentor junior artists and motion designers.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with an eye for detail and quality.
