Biometric Access Control Technician

As a Biometric Access Control Technician at Trivandrum, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and support of biometric access control systems at various client sites. Your hands-on technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be key to ensuring optimal performance and excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Install and configure biometric access control systems (fingerprint, facial recognition, etc.) at client locations. - Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance. - Provide prompt on-site or remote support in response to service requests. - Train clients on system usage, software operations, and best practices. - Maintain detailed service logs, installation reports, and client records. - Coordinate with internal teams for AMC service scheduling. - Ensure all installations comply with safety and company standards. - Stay updated with new technologies and access control product developments. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field. - 1-2 years of experience in biometric or security system installation/service preferred. - Installation experience with door locks is a plus. - Familiarity with wiring, IP networking, and system integration. - Strong communication and client-handling skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on the field. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and service documentation. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
