Biometric Access Control Technician

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting biometric access control systems at various client sites. This hands-on technical role requires strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service skills. - Install and configure biometric access control systems (fingerprint, facial recognition, etc.) at client locations. - Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal performance. - Respond promptly to service requests, providing on-site or remote support. - Train clients on system usage, software operations, and best practices. - Maintain detailed service logs, installation reports, and client records. - Coordinate with internal teams for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) service scheduling. - Ensure all installations comply with safety and company standards. - Stay updated with new technologies and access control product developments. - Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field. - 1-2 years of experience in biometric or security system installation/service preferred. - Experience of installation with door lock. - Familiarity with wiring, IP networking, and system integration. - Good communication and client-handling skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on the field. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and service documentation. - Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
