BIM Trainer

As a skilled and passionate BIM Trainer with multidisciplinary expertise, you will lead training sessions to upskill teams in Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices and tools. Your in-depth knowledge of Revit, Autodesk Suite, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, combined with excellent communication and mentoring abilities, will play a vital role in enhancing technical competencies across Architectural, Structural, and MEP domains. - Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops on BIM tools such as Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP), AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and other Autodesk software. - Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and BIM learning modules tailored to various experience levels. - Train students across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure consistent BIM standards and workflows. - Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and Autodesk software updates to incorporate them into training programs. - Assess trainee performance, provide feedback, and track learning outcomes. - Collaborate with project teams to identify training needs and customize content accordingly. - Promote BIM best practices, coordination methods, and model integrity standards. - Provide post-training support and act as a point of contact for BIM-related queries. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a BIM Trainer or senior BIM professional with training responsibilities. - Expertise in Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP), AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and the Autodesk ecosystem. - Strong understanding of BIM standards, LODs, clash detection, and coordination workflows. - Experience in multi-disciplinary project environments (AEC industry). - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Proficient in developing engaging training content and documentation. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with BIM360, Dynamo, or other BIM automation tools is an advantage. - Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or MEP design is desirable. - Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
