Role Overview - BIM Sales Manager

Primary Responsibility:

identify, acquire, and onboard BIM projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and acquire

  new BIM projects

  from national and international clients
• Present company services, portfolios, and project capabilities to decision-makers
• Build strong business relationships and convert leads into long-term clients
• Work closely with the technical team to draft proposals, pricing, and delivery plans
• Meet project acquisition and revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Handle negotiations, agreements, and client onboarding
• Maintain proper sales reports and project acquisition pipelines

Who Can Apply:

• 2–5 years of experience in

  project-based

  (preferably in EdTech, BIM, or Engineering Services)
• Strong knowledge or understanding of

  BIM, MEP, or related field

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of getting

  projects from companies or clients

• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Background in Civil/Mechanical/Architecture is a plus
