We are a fast-growing engineering services firm delivering end-to-end BIM and plant engineering solutions for global clients in construction, infrastructure, real estate, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. Our expertise covers CAD to BIM, Scan to BIM, 4D/5D BIM, MEPF modeling, as-built documentation, digital twins, and plant design engineering.

Role Objective

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new prospects across AEC firms, general contractors, infrastructure developers, engineering consultants, EPC firms, and facility owners.
  • Sell high-value BIM and engineering services, including:
    • CAD to BIM conversion
    • Scan to BIM modeling
    • MEPF coordination
    • 4D/5D BIM for construction planning
    • Clash detection and coordination
    • As-built modeling
    • Plant engineering and design documentation
    • Revit family creation and content development
  • Generate leads through targeted outreach, LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and email campaigns.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with technical/proposal teams to customize client responses.
  • Engage with key decision-makers at mid-to-large construction and engineering firms.
  • Work with marketing on account-based campaigns in target geographies.
  • Maintain CRM discipline, forecast revenue, and report funnel metrics.
  • Represent the company at global industry conferences (virtually or onsite) to promote capabilities and generate leads.

Candidate Profile

  • 6+ years of international business development experience with at least 3 years in selling

    BIM or engineering design services

    .
  • Proven record of

    hunting and closing new accounts

    in Middle East, US, UK, EU, and/or Australia.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, etc.), and project lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes of large construction/EPC firms.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient in pursuing new business.
  • Experience in remote/virtual international sales engagements.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Digital Twin, COBie, FM deliverables, ISO 19650 processes.
  • Existing network within AEC or industrial plant sectors.
  • Experience with US Federal, UK Public Sector, or large Middle East contractors.
